Director

Nick is the founder and owner of The-Lick. He handles the day to day running of the company, as well as visiting salon and barber partners on a weekly basis. After graduating from University, he found his passion working within the hairdressing and barbering industry and has done so for his 23 year career.

Finance Director

Peter handles the accounting and administrative responsibilities of the company. Following a long career in field sales, he joined The-Lick as Director from the companies outset and is an integral part of the behind the scenes running of the company.

Warehouse Manager

Natalie joined the company in 2016 and oversees the running of the premises on a daily basis. She has a wealth of varied experiences from her career which have given her the background knowledge to handle the management of most aspects of the busy warehouse and training venue.

Customer service

Patrycja joined The-Lick in 2020 initially part time, but as the business grew, her role and responsibilities grew and she quickly became a full time member of the team. Patrycja handles order processing, goods in, and is our field sales support contact as well as first contact customer service personnel. With the launch of our training room in 2021, her role and responsibilities continue to grow.

Marketing Manager

Caitlin joined the team in 2026, handling marketing, social media, and digital platforms for The-Lick. After years of working in content and marketing across a variety of brands and agencies, she brings a versatile approach to the role, helping us grow our digital presense. Alongside maintaining and updating both the website and the-lick app, she runs our social media and our email campaigns - so say hello next time you get in touch!

Delivery Driver

Brad is the delivery driver for The-Lick, servicing the whole of Yorkshire and ensuring we're able to offer fast delivery to our customers, with reliability, and a consistent face you can trust. If you've ordered from The-Lick, it's likely you'll have met Brad! Brad joined The-Lick in 2026 and has quickly become an essential part of the warehouse and customer service team.

Representative

Jess joined The-Lick in 2026 as our newest rep. After growing up in salons working with her family, she moved into the corporate side of the industry, supporting brands like K18 and Crazy Bull. She's passionate about supporting barbers and hairdressers, bringing a familiarity with the salon industry and indepth product knowledge. She's excited to continue that journey at The-Lick.

Regional milk_shake Educator

Becca is our regional educator for the milk_shake brand handling in salon training sessions for our salon partners and technical advice. Having over 20 years hairdressing experience and working with the brand in her own salon, she brings not only good technical knowledge to our customers, but an empathetic approach to her teaching.
