How do I register?

In the top right hand corner of our Home Page there is a LOGIN | REGISTER button.

Click there and follow instructions to set up an account or login.

Please note we will need to Approve each request, you will not have instant access but we will aim to approve you as quickly as possible.

I can't see the pricing on some brands why is this?

We have limitation on where we can supply each of our brands. When you register your account with us we ensure that you have access to any brands that are available for your location.

If you would like to discuss a certain brand with us and whether you are eligible to purchase it, please fill in the form on our Contact Page and we will get back to you.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

If for any reason an item you order is out of stock we will issue a refund for this item and you will be sent an email to notify you. The rest of your order will then be dispatched as planned.

My order hasn't arrived how can I find out where it is?

If you have any concerns about an order you have placed and think it should have arrived you can either use the form on our Contact Page to make an enquiry or call us on 07718 652551.

Where possible please have your account name and order number to hand.

Which courier company do you use?

For all our local deliveries we use our own drivers. Please select this option at checkout if you would prefer it. This service is free of charge.

All orders set for courier will be sent using DPD, if you have selected this service a tracking code will be sent out in your order dispatch email.

Please note that the tracking code will not work until after your parcel has been set for delivery this usually 12hrs after we have shipped goods.

I have an account in store is this linked to the website store?

If you already have an account with us we will use this to process your orders so you have order history available to you.

Unfortunately the systems are not linked so any credits on your account will need to be used by ordering over the phone due to the website being payment up front.

Is it possible for a Sales Consultant to visit me?

If you would like to have further information on a brand or have a sales Consultant contact you please fill in the form on our Contact Page or call us on 07718 652551 so we can assist you.

We have a team on customer service assistants that would be happy to advise you or take your order over the phone.

When will my order arrive?  

STANDARD DELIVERY  -  If you have selected standard delivery you should expect to receive your order by the 4th working day at the latest after placing your order (on orders placed before 12:00).  

EXPRESS DELIVERY  -  If you have selected express delivery your order will be shipped the same day (on orders placed before 12:00).  Your order will be delivered either by our own driver or sent via 24 hour next day courier (DPD).
